Yago Sarri (Barcelona, 1966) Industrial Designer: Yago Sarri began his design education at the Elisava School of design in Barcelona, and in 1990 graduated with an Applied Arts and Crafts Degree from the Llotja, Escola Superior de Disseny i Art In 1989 he began a long collaboration with Pepe Cortes Asociados. Working in both interior design and product design projects. In 1993 he formed a design studio in the Gotic Quarter of Barcelona along with members of ADP+ (Manel Bailo, Rosa Rull, Claramunt Xavi, David Sarri, Albert Civit) In 2001 the studio relocated their expanding practice to their new offices in Palo Alto Barcelona. Throgh out these years Sarri maintained a close working relashionship with Pepe Cortes collaborating on an ever growing number of interior projects with highly specialized design componets. In 2003 Ssrri established an independent studio in the Eixample of Barcelona, concentrating its activity in the field of Interior and Furniture Design. 2011 saw the creation of a multidiciplinary design studio Untaller along with Marife Bellaubí and Nacho Ferrer. A design practice specializing in Interior Design, Industrial Design and Architecture.
Graziella Bianchi was born in Cantù in 1946 and received her artistic maturity at the State Institute of Art for Furnishing in Cantù with a specialization in fabrics. In 1986 with her husband Renzo Fauciglietti founded Fauciglietti Engineering, she actively collaborating in the development and management of the company of which she is vice president. Renzo Fauciglietti, after receiving his diploma in art education from the Cantù Furniture Art State Institute, attended STS (Higher Technical School of Engineering) in Switzerland, followed by a Master in Industrial Design. In 1986 they founded FAUCIGLIETTI Engineering with a specific intention to contribute to the renewal of R&D, design and creation of new design products with real innovative contents that led to the filing of many invention patents. Fauciglietti receives several national and international awards including: The COMPASSO D'ORO and 5 ADI reports, 1st prize at NESTE FORMA FINLAND, 1st and 2nd TECNHOTEL prize in Genoa, Silver Medal at BATIMAT in Paris and Materialica Design Award. In 2017, on behalf of the Municipality of Cantù, an exhibition on the 30 years of the activity of Fauciglietti Engineering is set up, which got a very popular response with the public and critics.
Giacomo Cattani was born in 1961. After his studies, for two years, he worked for an important Venezuelan architect where he developed an artistic creativity. In 1990 he opened the Studio Sagitair, an architecture and design studio, his activities ranging from industrial design to interior design. Since 2003 he has been a member of the degree committees at the design faculty of the Milan Polytechnic. "For me the specific philosophy during the design phase it develops during the same project having an emotional and intuitive approach for each individual object. Each object is unique but not essential and at the same time must be practical, multifunctional, returning to the idea of simplicity, indispensable feature for each design object".
